Question Franchise Through E-mail

Dear Sir, 
I am Cheong Wai Kit, Advance Diploma in Multimedia Design Student from Tunku Abdul Rahman College undertaking a course Entrepreneurship. I would like to ask some questions about the franchise and franchisor for my course assignment. The questions are :

Questions to ask Franchise

    1.  Was the training and support provided by the franchisor to prepare the first year of the franchise's operation?

     2. When procedures change, does the franchisor offer further training?

     3. What are the risks and secure new outlets?

4. What was the total cost of the franchisee's initial purchase?

5. What are the risks inherent in Franchising?
